It's with a sad heart that the Committee announce the death of one of the Clubs greatest characters Dennis Stout passed away peacefully in sleep on Saturday 14th April.

Dennis joined the Club in the early 60s and played in the second row and held every position in the club, from Club Captain to Club Secretary, Treasurer, Ground Maintenance, Kit Manager and infamously as the Clubs Chief ball keeper and scrubber.

His legendary touchline war cry of "come on Hullaaaaah" would send the shivers down the spine of any opposition and it was remarkable how often he developed a bad cough just before each opposition conversion attempts.

Dennis was totally unique and will leave a massive hole in the heart of the Club, his funeral will be held at Haltemprice Crematorium, Main Street Willerby on Friday 27th April at 4.30pm
